Join our community events! We gather every week for song-filled Shabbat services and lively Torah study sessions, in addition to larger special events.

Kabbalat Shabbat

FRIDAY EVENINGS, 6-8PM

We gather every Friday evening for Kabbalat Shabbat. Our services are vibrant, lay-led, and fully egalitarian. We hope you’ll join us for an evening of singing, davening, and chit-chat!

Torah Study

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS, 6:40-8:40PM

Each week, we enjoy lively discussions over a Jewish text, followed by a short session analyzing a line from the text in Hebrew. We welcome everyone to join the conversation, from seasoned Talmud scholars to the lost and confused.

Weekly Events

Jewish Holidays

Join us for one of our holiday celebrations. Enjoy some good company during your Yom Kippur fast or join for a Lag B’Omer BBQ over a campfire in the park! Specific dates and timings for larger events are shared via our weekly event email, which you can join by contacting us.

Community Fun!

In addition to our weekly programming and holiday celebrations, we like to get together for a little fun! Past and upcoming events include community KTV (we are in Taiwan, after all!), Havdallah in the park, and dinners at a local 熱炒 (rèchǎo, a Taiwanese restaurant selling classic stir-fried dishes).
